Died – of diphtheria Oct 8th,
Minnie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Newton Dix. This amiable little girl, so
suddenly snatched away by death, will be sadly missed by her friends. Her
affectionate disposition and bright, cheerful face won for her a kind word even
with strangers. Her attentive and
ladylike deportment in Sabbath school was worthy of imitation. Many weeping friends bow in submission to the
will of Him who said, “Suffer little children to come unto me and forbid them
not for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven.”
